Do you only sell digital products?
Mostly. Carlita Hearts mainly aims to sells digital downloads for you to print at home or at your local print shop. That way, it reduces your cost for courier fees and you can get your artwork immediately to use after paying. It's a win-win! However, there are some small batch releases of wall art prints and stationery that do become available. Best to join the Carlita Hearts email list to hear about it first!
I would like something custom made. Is that a service you provide?

So, I got my download link after my purchase. What do I do now?
That's great! Now, you have the freedom to print on any paper you wish, at home or at your local print shop. We recommend to print on white cardstock (not regular white printer paper) for good quality results. Place it in your frame of choice to add to your wall art in your home, gift it to someone special or use it to make your own greeting cards. The possibilities are endless! What size are your printables?
The sizes will be specifically mentioned within the product description. Generally, it is A4. You can print them in smaller sizes such as 14.85cm X 21cm when selecting the sizing option on your printer prompts though it may compromise the quality so it is best to stick to the sizing in the product description.
What is your refund policy?
Due to the digital nature of the artwork, no refunds are given on purchases. Should you have any technical issues with your download link, then please send an email through to carlitahearts @ gmail . com (no spaces, of course) and we'll happily assist. For physical products, do kindly get in touch via email to resolve any issues.
